Taught by Toby Waltzer and her daughter Leah Rott, this introductory seminar provides an overview of what Innate Health is and the three principles that underpin it.  It is taught over three mornings to give you time to reflect on what you learn. 

As Innate Health is taught in a free-form fashion this seminar is suitable for you if you are new to Innate Health, or would like the opportunity to deepen the understanding you already have.

The cost of the seminar is £75. We can take up to a maximum of 15 people per seminar so do get in contact with jo@tikun.co.uk if you’d like to attend as places fill up fast. A crèche is available on request.
