We all produce up to 75,000 thoughts a day. Depending on which thoughts we pick up on, they can inspire us, scare us, make us feel happy or sad.
In this session, Dr Aaron Turner will introduce you to the basic principles of Innate Health, which gives people a greater understanding of how their thoughts shape their reality and allows them to discover their own sense of well-being and contentment. This can help in all areas of your life including your relationships, job satisfaction and parenting effectiveness. Rabbi Shaul Rosenblatt will then explain how this approach fits in with Jewish thinking and values.
We will also touch on how this approach has been successfully applied across troubled communities, schools and prisons in America, so you get a sense of how it can affect people’s lives.
Dr Aaron Turner was the CEO at Pransky and Associates, one of the leading US practices teaching Innate Health, where he worked for over ten years. Rabbi Shaul Rosenblatt is the author of ‘Finding Light in the Darkness’ dealing with the issue of facing hardship in a positive way. In 2006 he founded Tikun.
